About the position

The User Experience (UX) Designer will be responsible for designing and refining user experiences, particularly in the pharma and direct-to-consumer sectors. This role requires proficiency in Figma and other design tools, and it offers a short-term contract employment opportunity based in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance user experience design using Figma and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD to create visually appealing designs.
• Apply knowledge of Android Development to ensure mobile-friendly designs.
• Conduct AB Testing to validate design effectiveness and user engagement.
• Follow Agile Scrum methodologies to manage design projects effectively.
• Create designs that bolster brand awareness and align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain CSS for website and web app designs.
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends to ensure that designs are current and relevant.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a User Experience (UX) Designer role or similar
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
• Experience with Android Development is highly desirable
• Prior experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in CSS
• Experience in Digital design and development
• Proficiency in using Figma for designing user interfaces and prototypes
