We are in search of a User Experience (UX) Researcher for a 3-month, fully remote contract opportunity. You will be part of an innovative team, contributing to the development and improvement of our services by conducting thorough user experience research and applying your findings to our user interface designs. As a UX Researcher, your role will involve conducting comprehensive user research using various methodologies such as AB testing, surveys, user interviews, and usability testing. You will work closely with the design team to interpret research results, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure that the user's perspective is incorporated into design decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the development team to implement research-informed design changes and continually monitor and analyze user feedback and behavior to inform future research and design improvements. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date documentation of research processes, findings, and design changes. You will educate and advocate for the importance of user experience research and its benefits to the organization, prioritizing research projects based on business goals, available resources, and the potential for impact. Adapting research methods and approaches to suit the needs and constraints of a tech company will be essential, as will communicating research findings in a clear, engaging, and actionable manner to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, you may mentor and guide junior UX researchers as needed, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.
