About the position

The User Interface Developer at Belt Power, LLC. is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for various platforms including websites, software applications, and mobile apps. This role emphasizes collaboration with UX designers and developers to ensure functionality and accessibility, while also maintaining and improving the company's website.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement web design and development plans.
• Work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless functionality.
• Build responsive web interfaces and interactive web applications.
• Convert design files into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Design test cases and perform usability testing and fix any bugs.
• Ensure all elements of the user interface are accessible and easy to use.
• Maintain and improve the company’s website, including updates and redesigns.
• Gather, create, and interpret user and system requirements by working with management and end-users.
• Document UI guidelines and templates for reuse and consistency.
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations; maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Represent Belt Power in a professional manner.
• Wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or work-related experience.
• Two years of experience as User Interface Developer or engineer preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in C# and other related software languages.
• Proficient in Vue.js Framework, PHP, WordPress, and ASP.NET MVC Framework.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000.
