The User Interface / User Experience (UI/UX) Designer at Tricon Residential plays a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of residents through the development of a comprehensive design strategy. This position is dedicated to producing high-quality solutions and intuitive design elements that cater to user needs. The designer will engage in innovative practices, testing, and collaboration to deliver tailored experiences that prioritize user integrity. The role involves conducting user research and creating visually appealing applications, with a strong emphasis on data visualization and UX principles to elevate the overall design quality and user experience. In this role, the designer will investigate user experience design requirements for a suite of digital assets, conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the brand's vision. They will produce high-quality UX design solutions through various means, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. The designer will also be responsible for designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, ensuring that all digital assets are user-friendly and visually appealing. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, and target links for landing pages will be a critical part of the role, as will collaborating with the marketing team and other designers to create and deliver tailored digital experiences. The designer will provide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior, actively participating in user research and evaluating feedback to create delightful consumer-facing applications. They will also be expected to justify design decisions with solid rationales based on UX principles, empirical data, and research, while adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design. The ability to design across multiple products while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel is essential.
