Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to gather user insights.
• Analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development.
• Participate in team-building activities and game-time sessions to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of UX Research experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation.
• Experience deploying quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, or human-centered design.
• Experience with quantitative analytics tools or dashboards.
• Experience with research tools for remote testing and/or surveys.
