As a User Researcher, you'll be at the heart of our product strategy, shaping how we craft solutions that empower developers and engineering teams across the globe. Your insights will directly influence key decisions, and you'll guide cross-functional teams in translating complex user needs into elegant, intuitive experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead research efforts to uncover how developers and teams use our AI tools and turn findings into actionable product insights.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate user needs into product decisions at every stage.
- Design and execute research strategies that highlight pain points and areas for innovation in the developer experience.
- Conduct interviews, tests, and surveys to gather feedback and present it in ways that inspire action across the company.
- Advocate for users throughout product development, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
Requirements
- 5+ years of user research experience, ideally in enterprise software or AI products.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods-able to dig into data and tell compelling user stories.
- Proven ability to influence product decisions with research insights.
- A creative, hands-on problem-solver who translates user feedback into clear solutions.
- Strong communicator, skilled at presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and handling ambiguity with ease.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI or developer tools.
- Passion for improving developer workflows and experiences.
- Familiarity with tools for measuring user engagement and satisfaction in software.
