About the position

The User Study Researcher is responsible for creating and managing user study protocols, ensuring the proper execution of studies, and troubleshooting issues with applications and devices. This role involves working closely with participants and moderators to collect and analyze data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage user study protocols, including participant scheduling.
• Set up, distribute, and ensure proper functionality of devices.
• Troubleshoot issues with apps, devices, or data during the study process.
• Test and validate user study applications.
• Execute user studies, ensuring proper execution and data collection.
• Train and support moderators in the field.
• Validate and analyze collected data and metadata.
• Report study progress and data issues to the team.
• Set up and manage post-data processing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Research.
• 2+ years of experience in user research or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MacOS and iOS.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining research applications and devices.
