About the position

The Building Manager at ISN Corporation will oversee the management and maintenance of real property assets under the USMC contract. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, quality facility services, and effective coordination of building operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve real property assets while managing operational costs.
  • Coordinate on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security activities.
  • Receive and address customer service requests, complaints, and other issues, coordinating appropriate actions or resolutions.
  • Investigate the need for repairs or enhancement projects and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Analyze and monitor building systems and equipment to ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Prepare lifecycle condition analyses and integrate findings into project scopes of work.
  • Prepare specifications for estimates and monitor contractor repairs on operating equipment and utilities.
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing for prolonged periods, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and walking up and down stairs.
  • Delegate tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5 years or more in the property management field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field/discipline.
  • Five years of experience in property management may substitute for education.
  • Prior military experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be a US citizen.
