About the position

ISN Corporation is seeking a Building Manager to oversee and support operations for their USMC contract. The role focuses on maintaining real property assets, ensuring quality facility services, and managing on-site operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and preserving real property assets while managing operational costs.
• Coordinating all on-site building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, safety, and security activities.
• Receiving and addressing customer requests for service and complaints, coordinating appropriate actions for resolution.
• Investigating the need for repairs or enhancement projects and coordinating necessary actions.
• Analyzing building systems and equipment to ensure they meet customer needs.
• Preparing lifecycle condition analyses and integrating findings into project scopes of work.
• Preparing specifications for estimates and monitoring contractor repairs on operating equipment and utilities.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing for prolonged periods, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and walking up and down stairs.
• Delegating tasks and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5 years or more in the property management field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field/discipline.
• Five years of experience in property management may substitute for education.
• Prior military experience is highly preferred.
• Must be a US citizen.
