About the position

The USSF DevSecOps Enterprise Information Technology position at SAIC is focused on supporting the transformative efforts of the United States Space Force. This role involves providing essential infrastructure, platform services, and secure software solutions to meet mission goals. The team will collaborate closely with government clients and subcontractors to develop cloud computing environments and manage commercial hardware and licensing, ensuring the delivery of cyber-secure solutions for end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide unclassified and secret infrastructure and platform services to support SDA and theater support software.
• Develop and deliver cloud computing and cyber-secure platform environments.
• Integrate sensor and system data into a commercial data layer.
• Manage commercial hardware, licensing, and standardized toolchains.
• Collaborate with government clients and subcontractors for strategic planning and delivery of secure software solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum clearance required: Secret.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and tools.
• Experience in software development and systems engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Familiarity with IT systems engineering and quality assurance processes.
