About the position
Inspiration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a full-time Marketing/Sales Liaison for the Utah County area. This role is essential for marketing to key referral sources and generating appropriate referrals for Hospice and Home Health services. Responsibilities
- Generate and manage appropriate Hospice and Home Health referrals/admissions from accounts.
- Establish and maintain market awareness, educating on Hospice and Home Health and industry changes.
- Maintain momentum of geographical area tracked through the VP of Business Development and EMR.
- Work closely with external referral sources and internal teams.
- Provide effective solutions to develop new business.
- Ensure patient satisfaction while developing business growth.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales/marketing experience, required in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources.
