About the position

As a Senior Associate in Functional and Industry Technologies at PwC, you will play a crucial role in building secure digital experiences for clients, focusing on improving and developing applications for various devices. This position involves transforming business processes through enabling technologies, particularly in areas like Maximo and PowerPlant, while also enhancing user experiences through usability testing and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
  • Delegate tasks to provide stretch opportunities and coach team members to deliver results.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Utilize a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Select appropriate tools for given situations and explain the rationale behind these choices.
  • Seek opportunities for exposure to diverse situations and perspectives.
  • Communicate straightforwardly and structure messages effectively when influencing others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Integration certifications within SEW SCM / SmartCX, SEW SMW are preferred.
  • Fields of study preferred include Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated abilities as a technical lead or architect in implementing enterprise-level applications.
  • Experience with journey mapping, persona creation, and workshop management tools.
  • Familiarity with methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Experience in client-facing workshops to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to define and document customer journey maps, personas, scenarios, and user stories.
  • Experience in facilitating testing and validation of customer experience solutions.
