About the position

As a Senior Associate in Functional and Industry Technologies at PwC, you will play a crucial role in building secure digital experiences for clients, focusing on improving and developing applications for various devices. This position involves working collaboratively to solve complex business issues, utilizing enabling technologies across marketing, finance, and operations. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership qualities, critical thinking, and effective communication while managing technical resources and engaging with clients to enhance their technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Certifications and/or technical implementation experience with applications like SEW SCM/SmartCX, SEW SMW, Oracle CC&B, SAP IS-U, CRM applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a technical lead or architect in implementing enterprise-level applications.
  • Knowledge of Power and Utilities Industry trends, particularly in meter-to-cash processes and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in conducting client-facing technical workshops.
  • Ability to create and review technical documentation for customer experience solutions.
