About The Position

The Utility Associate at Rich Products Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the production team by performing various functions associated with the manufacturing production line. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to read, write, and communicate about work instructions and safety information in English
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Ability and desire to train other associates

• Previous sanitation/utility experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping safety and GMP requirements
• Adhere to GMP guidelines for personal practices regarding hygiene and cleanliness
• Unpack and pack ice cream cakes
• Set up materials and tools necessary for production
• Follow food safety protocol and identify/correct potential hazards
• Operate material handling equipment
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of production lines
• Provide coverage in other departments when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
