Responsibilities

• Assist customers by sacking purchases and loading groceries into their vehicles when requested.
• Utilize proper bagging techniques to minimize product damage and maximize efficiency.
• Implement Cosentino's Customer Service Standards to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Answer customer questions regarding store items, procedures, and policies accurately and courteously.
• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and ensure they are clean and safe for customer use.
• Conduct price checks for cashiers as needed.
• Monitor the sales floor, cashier stands, and restrooms for cleanliness and safety.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and involve management when necessary.
• Comply with health regulations, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment safely and competently.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards for team and individual results.

Requirements

• Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino's Learning Plan.
• Basic math and reading skills required for the position.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for positive customer interactions.
