Professional, supervisory, administrative and technical work directing all activities relating to a large S&WB Bureau. Some positions may also function as the second in command to a Utility Services Administrator. Work includes planning, assigning and reviewing the work of lower level managers and may include a staff of professional, technical and clerical employees. Work includes establishing and monitoring management controls for assigned operational area and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to Board operations where applicable; and related work as required.
