About the position

The UUV Technical Project Manager at Peraton will lead a skilled team in providing technical, logistical, training, and programmatic assistance for the U.S. Navy's Maritime Unmanned Systems program. This role involves managing multiple teams, setting departmental priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while monitoring program performance and maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to managers and professional staff.
• Manage multiple related teams, set departmental priorities, and allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.
• Monitor program performance and take corrective actions, as necessary.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans/schedules, manage interdependencies and coordinate information hand-offs.
• Meet contract and program requirements and interface with government contract and program personnel.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience.
• Three years of operational experience in a leadership role with unmanned systems.
• Ability to identify and solve complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging appropriate resources.
• Proficient in MS Office products, to include Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Hold a valid U.S. Passport and be willing to execute foreign travel, as necessary.
• Must possess an active SECRET clearance.
