About the position

The UX Design Manager at Korn Ferry is responsible for leading a team of UX designers in creating user-focused experiences for enterprise solutions. This role involves mentoring design talent, shaping product vision, and driving UX strategy across the product lifecycle. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful and valuable user experiences that align with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX Strategy and Execution: Drive UX strategy across the entire product lifecycle, leading a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver a cohesive and user-centered experience for our suite of Korn Ferry products.
  • Mentor and Develop Design Talent: Provide mentorship and professional development for a team of UX designers, guiding them through project challenges, career growth, and building skills in Enterprise SaaS product design.
  • Shape Product Vision and Design System: Collaborate on the overall product vision and experience architecture, contribute to the evolution of the KF Design System.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Design Manager or similar role in Enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and successful project outcomes.
  • Experience leading and mentoring design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with HR technology and talent management solutions.
  • Experience with data-driven design and user research methodologies.
