About the position

As a UX Designer at Amazon Business, you will play a crucial role in creating workflows and customer experiences aimed at acquiring new customers and engaging existing ones. This position involves collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to develop innovative purchasing and procurement solutions for business customers. Responsibilities

• Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products.
• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into design.
• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications in Figma.
• Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
• Manage and document your UX workflow processes.
• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience
• Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
• Experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications
• Have an available online portfolio

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns
• Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices
