About the position

The UX Designer role focuses on understanding user needs and creating engaging application experiences. This position involves conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing user requirements, and developing interactive wireframes while ensuring compliance with web design standards. The UX Designer will manage project design reviews and resource planning, ensuring timely and quality execution of design work.

Responsibilities

• Designs interactive wireframes, mockups, and style guides for web applications.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key peers in Product Management, Software Engineering, and others to identify and plan creative solutions.
• Manages external service resources for visual design (Adobe, Figma, etc.).
• Ensures successful completion of all work executed by the team (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality).
• Develops, maintains, and ensures compliance of application release management, outage management, and change control processes and standards.
• Defines, creates, communicates, and manages resource plans and other required project documentation such as style guides and provides updates as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience using modern web development tools, techniques, and methods for the creation and deployment of user-facing interfaces and backend web applications.
