About the position

The UX Designer will play a crucial role in customizing an enterprise-level product for the company's ecosystem. This hybrid position requires the designer to work on-site three days a week, collaborating closely with the UX Manager and another designer on the team, as well as with product team members as needed. The role emphasizes strong Figma skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support modifications and desired state changes to the partner product.
• Collaborate with the UX Manager and another designer on the team.
• Work with product team members as required to ensure design alignment.
• Create multiple design options to elicit the right solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of UX Design experience.
• Strong Figma skills (minimum 7 out of 10).
• Experience with Figma prototypes in portfolio.
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity in requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
