Responsibilities
- Working with customers to understand their desires, expectations, and pain points.
- Collaborating with Software and AI/ML teams to design user interfaces that meet customer expectations.
- Understanding, evaluating, and recommending new technologies to enhance software system experiences.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a UX Designer or in a related role.
- Proven track record as a UX or UI Designer supporting agile software engineering efforts across the entire lifecycle.
- Ability to perform in-depth system engineering activities and translate them into actionable software development concepts.
- Effective cross-organizational communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Demonstrated ability to balance technical requirements with business needs.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
