The UX Designer (TS/SCI) position at ARKA Group involves collaborating with customers and software teams to design user interfaces that enhance user experience. Responsibilities

• Working with customers to understand their desires, expectations, and pain points.
• Collaborating with Software and AI/ML teams to design user interfaces that meet customer expectations.
• Understanding, evaluating, and recommending new technologies to enhance software system experiences.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience as a UX Designer or in a related role.
• Proven track record supporting agile software engineering efforts across the entire lifecycle.
• Ability to perform in-depth system engineering activities and translate them into actionable software development concepts.
• Effective cross-organizational communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
