About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our digital products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences while ensuring consistency across our design systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Oversee the design process for website migrations, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in UX design tools, particularly Figma.
• Experience in site migration projects and understanding of design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in UI Design and familiarity with WordPress.
