About the position

The UX Designer role is focused on planning, executing, and analyzing UX design projects with a strong emphasis on user-centered design principles. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate design concepts and research findings effectively to various stakeholders. The designer will work on visual interface design for web, mobile, and in-vehicle displays, ensuring a high-quality user experience across digital products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze UX design projects.
• Apply User-Centered Design principles to complex interface problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders.
• Communicate research methodology, design concepts, data analysis, and test results to stakeholders.
• Utilize prototyping, user flows, and storyboards to inform high-fidelity design delivery.
• Design visual interfaces for web, mobile, and in-vehicle displays.
• Champion end user experience and influence digital product designs across product areas.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in UX design projects.
• 6-7 years of visual interface design experience for web and mobile.
• 5-6 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• 3-4 years of experience communicating research methodology and design concepts.
• 3-4 years of experience with technology and product development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction/Visual Design, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing for agriculture in-vehicle interfaces.
• Strong portfolio of UI visual design and task flows.
• Experience using UX metrics to provide insights to product engineering.
