Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops
• Conduct user research, such as user or stakeholder interviews, prototype testing, etc.
• Create competitive analysis and industry analysis
• Organize research and analysis and turn it into actionable data
• Create sitemaps, user personas, and journey maps
• Create wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborate with development and UI to design the best user experience
• Optimize existing user-interface designs
• Present to internal teams and clients
• Create a wide range of design layouts and mockups to meet various client needs
• Infuse the life of a brand into UX layouts and designs

Requirements

• Five+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Portfolio demonstrating UX experience and ability
• Strong conceptual, art direction, and design ability
• Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Ability to lead discovery workshops

Nice-to-haves

• Agency experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Deep understanding of customer experience and brand strategy
• Ability to take ownership and lead projects
