About the position

The UX Designer is responsible for enhancing user experience across websites and software programs, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective. This role involves analyzing user feedback, collaborating with IT and company personnel, conducting usability tests, and creating tailored digital experiences for users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor user experience and ensure websites and software programs are easy to use.
• Review user feedback to identify potential defects or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT professionals and company personnel to refine user experience.
• Conduct usability tests on software products or website features to ensure functionality.
• Identify target user groups and conduct interviews to understand user needs.
• Create and implement customized experiences for digital users.
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps.
• Guide the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
• Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends.
• Test user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages, and banners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience in working with Agile development teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
