• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert member needs into design solutions.
• Create feasible, desirable, and innovative design concepts based on member needs.
• Manage both brand UI responsibilities and product design, focusing on user behavior analysis.
• Assist in executing a strategic hiring push to scale digital offerings.
• Support the company through a full digital rebranding process.

Requirements

• Experience in Figma
• Strong background in Business to Business (B2B)
• Experience in SaaS
• Proven product design experience
• Experienced UX Designer
• Ability to work in a team setting
