About the position

As a Senior Experience Designer at JSR Tech Consulting, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create human-centered products and services for the Marketing organization. Your role involves analyzing, planning, and designing intuitive experiences across various channels and platforms, ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey for customers. You will leverage your expertise in experience architecture and design thinking to enhance product and service conversion models in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the full lifecycle of client projects including unit tests, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design enrollment platform using a Content Management System (CMS) with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes.
• Understand and improve the Human Centered Design framework for targeted enhancements.
• Rapidly iterate interactive prototypes based on task, scenario, and business needs.
• Collaborate on designs with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders.
• Propose design improvements to marketing and product managers.
• Communicate design decisions backed by industry standards and represent all experience touchpoints.
• Align with multidisciplinary teams across the customer office business.
• Analyze existing experiences to identify friction points and root causes for improvement.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in web design and development.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0 or 2.1).
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of design thinking principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems logically and systematically.
• A design-related degree or relevant experience in designing products and services.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the insurance business is a plus.
