About the position

The Senior Interaction Designer will play a crucial role in the discovery phase of projects, collaborating with various teams to create innovative design concepts. This position is situated within a mature Agile environment, emphasizing teamwork and iterative development. The designer will leverage their expertise in user experience to produce user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, primarily using Figma, while also having the opportunity to learn and adapt from Adobe XD experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research and business teams to understand user needs and project requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups and retrospectives.
• Work closely with product, design, developers, and research teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Present design concepts and user stories to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction Designer.
• Proficient in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience in developing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Solid understanding of programming concepts and their impact on design.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Sketch, InVision, or Framer-X.
• UI skills including HTML/CSS.
