About the position

The UX Designer at Intone Networks will play a crucial role in designing and delivering user-friendly mockups and design specifications for web-based and mobile applications. This position requires a strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and engineering teams to ensure design continuity and optimal user experiences across products.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to design and deliver mockups and design specs to the Engineering Team for multiple web-based and mobile applications.
• Ensure design continuity between products.
• Understand the business need for each project and determine the most optimal user experience for relevant use cases.
• Identify existing design inconsistencies and areas for improvement in user experience within existing products.
• Aid in the organization, maintenance, and improvement of design systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in application UI design.
• Thorough understanding of and experience with UX design.
• Proficient with Sketch.
• Substantial understanding of and experience with maintaining, creating, and utilizing design systems and libraries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Diligent dedication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Miro Collaboration tool.
• Familiarity with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
