About the position

As an Onsite UX Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our products. This position requires a strong design thinker who is self-driven and capable of working independently. You will be responsible for bringing innovative product design concepts to life, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users and align with business objectives. Your work will involve conducting product research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, and you will collaborate with various personas, including business stakeholders, to understand their needs and expectations. In this role, you will leverage your experience in the data space, particularly in data visualization, charts, and dashboarding. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial as you create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that effectively communicate complex data. Figma will be your core design tool, and you will use it to develop prototypes and design specifications that guide the development process. Your ability to translate user needs into compelling design solutions will be key to the success of our products in the banking domain.

Responsibilities
