About the position

The UX Product Designer will join a large organization in Fort Worth, Texas, focusing on modern design and prototyping. This role requires hands-on experience with Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UX design, particularly in research and design for employee-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user experiences using modern tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create information-dense applications.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack UX Designer specializing in Research and Design.
• Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe CC, Figma).
• Experience with information dense or employee-facing applications.
• In-depth understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong portfolio representing previous work, challenges, and completed products.
