Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive, user-focused experiences for our video AI platform.
• Lead the creation of a cohesive, scalable design system.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into streamlined user interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to ensure products are user-centric and innovative.
• Advocate for the customer perspective across the product development lifecycle.
• Bring a mobile-first, design-forward approach to every project.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of UX design experience, ideally in a tech company.
• Strong design aesthetics and skills with a focus on user-centered design.
• Ability to build design systems that scale across products.
• Skilled communicator comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Desire to grow and take on greater responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in influencing and building scalable design systems.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research to understand customer needs.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and interactions.

• Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000.
