About The Position
As a UX Research Intern at Uline, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of user experience research and contribute to enhancing the usability of Uline.com, one of the leading B2B websites in the country. This internship is designed for Junior-status students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, human factors, UX design/research, or a related field. Over the course of this 12-week, full-time internship, you will learn how to conduct user research, analyze data, and present insights that will inform customer-focused design decisions. You will be part of a collaborative team that values your input and encourages you to share your passion for user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research for various business projects, which involves writing test plans, creating deliverables, and presenting your findings to stakeholders. You will also analyze data to extract insights that promote effective design decisions. Additionally, you will assist in facilitating design workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and performing competitor analysis. This hands-on experience will not only enhance your research skills but also provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the UX design process in a corporate environment.
