About the position
The UX Research Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing user research efforts within the company. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the UX research program, including participant recruitment, managing research interview logistics, overseeing incentive processes, and maintaining and socializing research findings. The coordinator's contributions are essential for ensuring that research projects are executed smoothly and effectively, ultimately providing valuable insights to inform product design and development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage participant recruitment for UX research studies.
- Oversee logistics for research interviews, ensuring all aspects are organized and efficient.
- Manage incentive processes for research participants.
- Maintain and socialize research findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the overall UX research program to ensure projects run smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology).
- 3-10 years of experience in UX research coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including calendar management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with research tools and software (e.g. remote unmoderated tools, survey platforms).
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in a start-up environment.
