Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a UX Researcher II to join the Direct-to-Consumer Product UX Research Team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the Max video streaming experience through comprehensive customer insights derived from both early-stage generative research and later-stage evaluative research. The UX Researcher will be responsible for conducting research that yields actionable insights, which will accelerate learning and inform critical product design decisions aimed at creating a world-class video streaming experience. Collaboration is essential in this position, as the researcher will work closely with Research colleagues, Product Managers, and Designers to identify key customer problems and drive research initiatives that address these issues.
