About the position
As a UX Researcher III at Linda Werner & Associates, you will be an integral part of the New Product Experimentation (NPE) team, focusing on the development and launch of innovative, user-centered products. Your role will involve conducting various types of research to inform product strategy and execution, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver impactful products.
- Develop and execute research roadmaps and lead studies across product development phases.
- Provide actionable insights that guide product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning.
- Manage external research vendors to support the research team's work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Media Studies, or Computer Science).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
- Expertise in qualitative interviewing, quantitative survey design, and in-person experiment/lab work.
- Effective storyteller to convey insights and influence stakeholders.
- Mentorship skills to support team development.
