About the position

As a UX Quantitative Researcher at Texas Photon, you will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' digital experiences through data-driven insights. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand user needs and behaviors, ultimately influencing product development and design. You will utilize a range of quantitative research methods to gather and analyze data, providing actionable recommendations that drive product priorities and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design, execute, and analyze quantitative research studies using various methods such as survey research and behavioral analytics.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for product improvement.
• Collaborate with UX, product management, and technology teams to influence product development stages.
• Utilize statistical analysis software and data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar.
• 3+ years of product research experience in an applied setting.
• Expertise in survey design and analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, Qualtrics) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's or PhD degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership.
• Experience building data dashboards.
