In this role, you will serve as a key research partner for the global e-commerce team, collaborating with stakeholders to define the research agenda and ensure alignment with our vision and customer needs in the evolving U.S. online shopping landscape. You will manage end-to-end research activities, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and foster a collaborative team culture that prioritizes individual growth and learning.
