About the position
The UX Researcher will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience for a web-based application used in market planning and participation. This position involves collaborating with product owners to gather requirements, translating them into user stories, and developing designs that guide technical and business stakeholders through the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to determine requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Transform requirements into Agile/JIRA-based stories.
- Develop mockups or designs to draft user stories.
- Create solutions and designs for the web-based application.
- Guide technical and business stakeholders through the design process to finalize and transfer designs to the development team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design.
- Expertise in creating user-centered designs and transforming requirements into Agile/JIRA-based stories.
- Experience effectively collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, product owners, and other designers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
