About the position

The UX Researcher will be an integral part of the Product Development team at a leading technology company. This role focuses on collaborating with various stakeholders to identify user needs and deliver impactful products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in data analysis to support product strategies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products.
• Develop and execute research roadmaps both collaboratively and independently.
• Lead various research studies throughout all phases of the product development cycle.
• Contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market plans.
• Manage research vendors to augment the work of the research team.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a human behavior related field such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
• Experience with data analysis and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses.
• Experience with storytelling to engage various audiences.
• Experience with autonomy and decision-making to balance demands.
