About the position

The UX Researcher role is a long-term remote position focused on enhancing user experience through research and collaboration with stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as proficiency in various design tools. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while advocating for user needs and company values.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct usability studies to identify viable solutions for user needs.
• Manage communications with users and stakeholders throughout the research process.
• Research across multiple products to gather comprehensive user insights.
• Utilize qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, concept testing, and card sorting.
• Employ quantitative research methods including surveys to gather user data.
• Create and maintain wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design principles are applied.
• Advocate for user needs and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate UX Research experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
• Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, and Survey Gizmo.
• Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, DSM, Zeppelin, and Adobe XD.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.
• Natural leadership skills and ability to connect with others easily.
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis.
• Understanding of usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to work with a dedicated Strategist.
