About the position

We are looking for a UX researcher to join our client's innovative team dedicated to optimizing their enterprise-level SaaS products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing proper UX testing techniques, developing research questions, conducting interviews, and providing insights into relevant metrics. This position requires a deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that can drive product improvements. The UX researcher will work closely with other researchers and stakeholders to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of product development. In this role, you will collaborate and assist researchers within the team, developing meaningful research questions and testing methods that align with our product goals. You will utilize advanced UX testing techniques and interview methodologies to gather in-depth insights from users, both individually and in groups. Mentoring team members on effective interviewing techniques will also be a key responsibility, as will collaborating on the development of UX metrics for our SaaS applications. You will lead initiatives to identify and socialize key metrics relevant to our customers, analyze enterprise SaaS metrics and experiences, and provide meaningful insights that can inform product strategy. Engaging with stakeholders to drive a deeper understanding of user needs and improvements will be essential. Clear and effective communication of research findings and recommendations will be critical to the success of this role, as will conducting independent research initiatives throughout the team. Additionally, you will provide logistical support as needed and apply UX research strategies to support drug development processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS UX research.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Eagerness to challenge and ask 'why' to get a deeper understanding of the user experience.
  • Ability to operate within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Keen interest in applying psychology principles to test construction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
