About the position
WeCare Medical Specialty Group is looking for a talented and passionate UX Researcher to join their team. This remote position involves conducting user research to inform the design and development of digital health solutions, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct a variety of user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create detailed user personas to represent target users and inform design decisions.
- Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user research insights are integrated into the product development process.
- Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
