About the position

The UX Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience design for a global Enterprise AI and Analytics company. This hybrid position requires collaboration with stakeholders to define design problems, conduct user research, and mentor a team of design analysts. The specialist will focus on creating user-centric designs, facilitating user feedback sessions, and driving adoption through effective communication and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Investigating user experience design requirements through user interviews and workshops.
• Defining design problem statements collaboratively with stakeholders and ideating on UX designs.
• Consulting with users on information hierarchy and decision-making through design principles.
• Guiding and mentoring a team of design analysts to translate user needs into UX and UI design.
• Enabling quick iterations of product builds through wireframes and feedback from stakeholders.
• Producing and reviewing wireframes/prototypes to align with end users and stakeholders.
• Conducting frequent user feedback sessions to improve UX and design outcomes.
• Driving adoption through comprehensive consumption plans and user education efforts.

Requirements

• Proficient in UX research, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Skilled in UX design with the ability to create clear information architectures.
• Experienced in UI design, capable of designing functional user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills for effective workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Business-driven approach to design, prioritizing the right features and outcomes.
• Experience in designing applications on Salesforce.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create visual design artifacts to support adoption efforts.
