About the position

The UX/UI Designer (CRO) will focus on enhancing user experiences and driving conversions across digital platforms. This role emphasizes UX design, requiring a creative and detail-oriented individual with expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile applications to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design changes and optimize user engagement and conversion funnels.
• Perform comprehensive UX audits to identify usability issues and recommend design improvements.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and strategies for enhancing user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and development to align design goals with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our design practices are innovative and effective.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in user experience (UX).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Ability to analyze user data and feedback to drive design decisions.
