About the position

Blitzy is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead design efforts in a dynamic startup environment focused on Generative AI. The role involves collaborating closely with the founding team and various stakeholders to create user-centric designs that enhance product development and marketing strategies. The designer will be responsible for transforming requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs, conducting user interviews, and supporting marketing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape the company's culture and processes as one of the early team members.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of design including wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and improve the product.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to prioritize design requirements.
• Support the marketing team with the creation of marketing collateral and graphic design.
• Understand and integrate Generative AI technologies into the product experience.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma and product design.
• Experience conducting user interviews.
• Strong skills in UX and UI design.
