About the position

The UX/UI Designer II role at Kforce involves designing and evaluating visual human interfaces for web-based applications, ensuring a user-centered design approach. The designer will collaborate with the product development team to create engaging online user experiences that meet the goals of the online entity.

Responsibilities

• Designs HTML prototypes, visual interfaces, and interaction of web-based applications
• Designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles
• Works with the product development team to design online user experiences
• Ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field
• Strong knowledge of design principles and methods
• Customer-centric design mindset
• Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
• Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping
• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe
• Understanding the relationship of visual, interaction, and content disciplines
• Currency of design trends in mobile, web, and motion design
• A well-presented online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process
