About the position

The UX/UI Designer III will be responsible for designing comprehensive end-to-end experiences for employee interactions. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create exceptional employee experiences, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and utilizing user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end experiences for employee experiences
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, writers, and engineering partners
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously through robust communication and time management skills
• Lead or participate in and analyze extensive user research to identify insights
• Leverage iterative prototyping to quickly test concepts and learn from customers
• Drive design decisions through data by partnering with the analytics team
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users to develop journey maps
• Develop experiments through well-crafted hypotheses
• Create data-driven insights to address customer pain points
• Handle projects independently including writing content following content guide

Requirements

• Experience designing end-to-end user experiences with high degrees of complexity
• Experience working with counterparts in PM, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Research
• Portfolio demonstrating products with complex end-to-end thinking
• Experience in lightweight and rapid experiments and iterations
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro
• Experience working in organizations with robust design systems
